      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi people,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm upgrading to an SSD and I'm trying to find which SATA version my VGN-FW51MF uses?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've seen reviews that say SATA/300 and also SATA/150 so they contradict each other.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've emailed the sony support but they have not gotten back to me, so any help would be appriciated&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks a lot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
