Hi Guys, I have VGN-NR21Z laptop and hard drive went. No back up but re-install Vista but can not accesss any Sony updates. And when i start up I get blue dot lines going down the screen as soon vista come's on it goes?

Hi Mike,

I bet you wish you had made a set of Recovery Discs!

If you change the Operating System from the original, you will have to manually check for any updates as Vaio Update will not work.

Go to the download page for your model and you will find the original drivers, utilities and Vaio Updates here: -
