VAIO VPCEB2M1E - OneTouch Web Access not working

Hello Everyone,

Since i bought the Laptop the One Touch Web Access never functioned.

I tought it needs any special one time setup at first boot, but did not find any instructions in the User Guide.

When the system is ShutDown and the WEB button is pressed, the PC just shows the VAIO logo and stays there. Does not happen anything else.

But when i boot in Windows and use the WEB button, it starts up the Web Browser ( as it shoud work, i suppose )

So the button seems to work normally.

It would be a great help if anyone out there knows how to solve this issue.
