On battery only nothing happens if you hold the power button on.</P><P>On AC with the battery fitted there is no charge light.</P><P></P><P>With the AC in if I press the power button the power light comes on and a second later the hdd light comes on&nbsp; and all three keyboard lights come on, nothing else happens. If I press the power button for a short time the battery charge light comes on and stays on for the duration of the button press and goes out on&nbsp; release. If I hold the button for several seconds the battery light will stay on on release.</P><P></P><P>Removing the AC power all the lights remain on, the only way I can get the lights to go out is to remove the battery. I have stripped the unit down, reseated CPU, memory, WLAN etc. to no effect.
