    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;There are no blue-ray drivers - your Vaio just uses generic Windows drivers.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;Perhaps if you explain the problem you are having, someone may be able to help.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;If you have made a clean install of Windows 7 then you will have lost all the preinstalled software - including the blu-ray player WinDVD BD which is only licensed for use with the Sony Operating System.&amp;nbsp; This cannot be downloaded and you will have to buy a replacement blu-ray player like the commercially available version of Corel WinDVD 2010 or alternatively Cyberlink PowerDVD 10.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;&lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.lt/html/@13A2E6A3774A8B47B4EC6F04089539E1/images/smilies/063.png" alt=":thinking:" title=":thinking:" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
