Issue with vaio service support ?

The laptop is making a high pitched noise and touchpad is not functioning properly.
When it was returned for repair I was told certain features of the laptop had to be switched off for it to stop the noise. The features which will be turned off I was told might affect the life of my laptop.
After the laptop was returned to me from the repair team there was considerable damage on the laptop this included scratches bumps and actual damage on the outside of the laptop. Images of these have been taken and sent to the customer service team.
After making the complaint I was told by the customer service team that they will not refund or give me a replacement but instead I was offered 2 year warranty and a free battery for my laptop.
STILL have noise and touchpad is STILL not functioning properly.
