Screen Fails when i close and then open the laptop (Not a Hardware Problem)

Tired of the Media Center which brings my Vaio (go slow) I decided to install a license for Windows 7 (that recently acquired) in my laptop

I managed to work everything, even the keys S1, VOL, FN ....

The problem I have is as follows.

If you start the laptop with the laptop closed and wait for windows to start completely all works fine

The problem comes when I start Windows with the laptop open, as I close and open again goes black. The computer works, but nothing is visible

This also happens when I connect a projector to the laptop. I can not make it work on screen and projector mode.

Anybody can help me?

It sounds like a graphics driver problem.

What driver version are you running for the nVidia GeForce Go 7400?

Is it a Windows 7 driver?

The problem is that i don't know where to find a Geforce Go 7400 driver.

I downloaded one from www.laptopdrivers.com

Where do i could find a windows 7 driver?

Hi again

I've uninstalled the drive that was installed on my vaio. Then, i downloaded the driver from the web you told me and i'm still having the problem.

Which is the next step?
