Hi all,

When starting up my VAIO notebook, the screen remains blank, although the computer works fine.

If I plug in an HDMI cable to an external display (such as a TV), I can see that the computer is working.

However, since I cannot take a TV with me on the bus, I would like to know how to solve this issue.

I would like to mention that the notebook was serviced by Sony, but they were not able to identify any issues, stating that the screen works fine. Two days later, the problem reappeared.

Could anyone help me?

Many thanks!
