      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello Peeps!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hoping someone can help me on this one! I have upgraded to windows 7 on my laptop but i cant access my webcam through msn or through skype. tried all the setting i can seem to find but no joy : (&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone who can help it would be much appreciated please!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
