hello, I have a problem with my laptop. my laptop is vaio vpceb with windows7 64bitt. Mylaptop has a virus and I clean it with antivirus. but the virus came back and there is written about the registry. I do not understand it.
now gadgets and some applications my messenger is not working. how do I fix this laptop?

Hi siska_khipoy,

Some viruses can be very difficult to clean completely without a format of the hard drive and then a reinstallation of the operating system.

One cleaner that I have found to be effective is Dr Web Cureit:

This is free to download and use for home users.

Another alternative would be to seek assistance from a Hijack This forum such as:

If all else fails then backup any data that you require and then restore your computer to “As Delivered” by either using the recovery disks that you should have created or tap F10 at boot (when you see the Vaio logo) to enter the Hard Disk Recovery Utility – follow the instructions.

This will return your machine to the state it was when delivered to you. It will then be necessary to download and install all Microsoft and Vaio updates and to re-install any third party software that you have installed since purchase.
