How do I enable hyperlinks from emails?

I have a new F series laptop and there seems to be some pre-installed security application which prevents me from opening hyperlinks / email links from within an email attachment. Being new to the "Sony world" is this part of the machines inherant security or is it some application setting I've not come across before?

Hi Blahflob,

I doubt that there is any Sony specific security feature that is causing the problem – it is more likely a setting either with your email client or the default browser (unfortunately you have not told us what either of these is)

In the first instance, assuming that you are using Internet Explorer as your default browser, try resetting the default condition – Control Panel > Internet Options > Advanced tab > Reset Internet Explorer settings.
