I installed MS Office 97 because it was the only non-upgrade version of office I had. This went fine. When I tried to install either Office 2000 or Office 2003 (upgrade), I got a message telling me to wait while it was being configured. It just sat there and did nothing. Just to see whether it was me or the computer, I went through the same process with a different machine and it worked properly. Has anyone encountered this problem?
