    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;thats great!!  thanks..&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;well, my laptop is only a couple of years old.. i did think about buying extra warrenty for the screen but i thought, its a sony, surely the screen will last more than 2 years.  also, it doesnt get used loads.. i guess i have just been unlucky with this one. its given me problems since i bought it.  if it is the screen i'll get a quote for a replacement but I know it wont be reasonable.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;thanks again.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Left hand side of my screen has gone all fuzzy and I am HOPING its maybe a damaged ribbon (instead of a screen replacement and therefore a new laptop).  does anyone know how or where I can find instructions to remove the keyboard on an AR21M?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
