Hi

I have had my VAIO now for a couple of years. Chuffed with it to be honest. I have noticed tonight that I have a small particle about 1mm long and 1/2mm wide in the screen. When I do screen print and paste into a word document there is no sign of the mark on the page, even though its still in or behind the screenthe screen. If I scroll up and down the images appear on to of the particle. How can I get rid of this mark?

Hi chris99t and welcome.

If you can live with it - then leave well alone.

It will be expensive to get a speciallist to disassemble your screen and clean the particle. I attach the manual which shows you how to take the screen apart if you feel brave.

However, all solutions will be costly or dangerous as you may cause more damage than you repair!
