Has anyone had a similar issue and how have you resolved it?

I have a 23 month old Sony Vaio (VGN-N11M/W) + Windows XP. I´ve been receiving a BLUE SCREEN over the past week pretty consistently with the message

*** Hardware malfunction
Call your hardware vendor for support
NMI: Parity check/ memory parity error
*** The system has halted***

The message appears sometimes immediately after turning on the computer sometimes or after somehours of use.
Had to use main switch to turn off Computer. I have since turned on and the system runs normally again (for some time)

I have a Sony Vaio VGN-N11M/W with the following specifications:
Intel centrino Core Duo T2050, 1.6Ghz
512 MB RAM
80 GB HDD
Graphics - Intel GMA 950
Microsoft Windows XP Media center edition 2005

From my research, I have heard it might refer to problems with my VRAM or Wireless adaptor?

Any help forthcoming?
