Adobe Flash Player not working on FE41Z

When visiting some web sites I using my FE41Z running Vista, I'm told I need to download the latest version of Flash. But when I visit the Adobe download page for flash there doesn't appear to be any way to download - no info bar appears at the top of the browser window/no Install now button. Is there something wrong with my security settings? The link I've tried to use to download flach is:

I'm still having problems with Flash, but only on IE. I believe it's to do with the fact that Flash for Vista is considered to be in Beta... so i'm hoping in the fullness of time that it'll suddenly burst into life. In the meantime I use firefox.
