On Wednesday morning they sent me a SMS when it arrived at the Repair Centre but I haven't heard anything since and the Repair Status page on the Support pages doesn't work for UK customers.<BR /><BR />Does anyone know how long this sort of repair takes? When it had to go in for repair they misplaced it, the engineer that was dealing with it was never there, they had to order the part... the excuses went on and on.
