Wireless Switch Setting Utility

Since a total system restore I get the following message when
starting up
" Wireless Switch Setting Utility has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

1)Should I delete the application through start, control panel & add/remove programs
2) where do I find a new version of the software

I am about to install the La Fonera WiFi router and wonder if I have to fix this problem first to amke it work.

If you go to the Sony Vaio update site, you will find an update for this problem.....
