      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Video is way too big to reliably send over email.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Rich's suggestion is much better, you can also reliably use skype to drag-and-drop files, which is free and cross-platform.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Alternately, you could try using youtube or another service to upload and host the video for you over the web.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
