The only way I can open the drawer is by going into my computer and then selecting eject from the dvd properties. Also the drive disappeared altogether. After several restarts, and using mains, it has come back but the buttons don't work. Wonder if anybody has had a similar problem, or if you can guide me further to resove the problem. Many thanks.
