removing viao keyboard key

Hi,
I want to try my luck before i hand over my laptop to sony to fix stickiness in some keys(they say they'll replACE whole keyboard).

the following article says that we acn remove keys off a keyboard without opening the laptop.

Its talking in general not specifically to any laptop.

Do you guys know if we can do it with vaio VGN FE31H ? thats is can we put of a key from keyboard in vaio ?

i will appreciate your comments on this.

I recall one of the Club Vaio Experts had a Sony guide for replacing keys.

If you e-mail Tony Beard I'm sure he will send you a copy.

I have had the same exact problem 😞

I was wondering if I could get a hold of the PDF also please Tony or Blencogo?

Will it be correct for the Sony Vaio VGN-FE11h?
