Memory Upgrade

Hi. I'm planning to upgrade the ram memory on my laptop. If I do it somewhere else then sony do I lose my warranty?

There's a tutorial on how to do this in the site so I believe it is not to hard!

Where can I find the compatible memory for my vaio?

My vaio is:
VGN-S5VP/B

Hi Tiago.Teixeira and welcome to Club Vaio.

Upgrading your memory will not normally invalidate your warranty unless you break something while installing it.

Your S5 will take up to 2048MB of RAM (1GB X 2)
