Vaio PAINT comes down

I have a problem, When I was pressing the "S1" button on my VAIO laptop the paint comes down from it. Now the button is transparent without paint and may laptop looks like <profanity removed by moderator>. Can I ask for guarantee for that?

Sorry to hear about that. I would seriously doubt you'll get a replacement from Sony.

Open a case with vaio-Link , depending on how long you've had your vaio may effect the response..
