Issues with CD drive, Second disk not recognised

I have a VGN-AR11s and i have issues loading games, that have multiple disks, firstly i could not load World of Warcraft, it would not see the second disk when i installed it. I went into disk management and changed the drive letters as the cd drive was E: and i thought this was the issue, i changed it to 😧 and it sorted that game. Now when im installing other games i am getting the issue where it does not see the see the second disk?

Again I have had the same problem with C&C Generals
gives up reading the last disk.

Quake 4 DVD just won't be read by the Blu-ray drive....
Its turning out to be a PAIN!!!!!

Have u tried the blu ray firmware update from vaio update. im not sure if it will help but i guess its worth a try
