Battery problem?

Two days ago I bought a Vaio SZ1M/B, but I'm disappointed abouit battery life. In this very first two days, I had only 3,5 hour power life in stamina mode, and less then 3 hour in speed mode. On the vaio web site I've read 310 min for stamina and 260 for speed. Could the battery be exhauysted yet?
If yes, do you thin Sony can change it? Of course I've configured all the pawer saving systems, but this is the result...

1) Battery needs some recharge cycles to have best performances

2) The first charges should be longer (keep it plugged for some hours after it is fully recharged

3) The charging icon stops blinking at 80% of charge; check on Win if it is 100% charged

4) Battery life is measured with no Wi-Fi, Bluetooth connectivity and expensive programs (e.g. 3D games or apps) on

5) A good notebook battery life is about 2 hours, my old notebook battery life was about 1 hour; your notebook lasts 3,5 hours because it is a very good one

Recharged all night long...

Only wi-fi was on, and obviously no 3d game, as I booted with Intel graphic (stamina mode)

My old notebook (Hp Pavilion ZT3020ea, centrino 1,5 + Ati 9200 and 15,4" display) battery life was 3,5 hour, with wi-fi on. And Hp didn't write on the web site "6 hour battery life"...
