Hi Peeps
I've got a PCG-K315z and I've been thinking of upgrading it. I know where the HDD and ram ports are, but I've noticed a small cover towards the rear. Inside is a lump of PCB with a cable laying across it.

Is this the ATI 9200 gfx and can it be upgraded?

Any help is greatly apprieciated as I would like to play Elder Scrolls 4

Hi

Welcome to the forum.

Have a look at crucial.com where you can get your pc scanned and they can then recommend software that is compatible with your machine. Extra ram, graphics that sort of thing.

Thanks Kee-Lo
Just what I thought. Even though I have an extensive knowledge of computers and electronics (electronic engineer) it's always good to get a second opion about something I know only a little about. I'm sure I could replace the gfx module if it was possible, but I think I shall have to invest in a new desktop uber games PC.

Thanks dudes. I guess I'll have to wait to play Elder scrolls 4 then

Chris
