      <title>laptop crash</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Laptop crashed while I was using the internet, said google chrome had crashed then went to a blue screen. It had then restarted and said "windows is loading files" it stops and the end of the loading bar and just stays like that. I've tried switching it off and on many times but nothing changes, Ive only gotten this laptop a month ago can anyone help??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
