Bravia KDL-40EX - unable to get BBC FOUR HD and others. COM7 HD

Unable to tune into ch31 to get:

COM7 HD:
Al Jazeera Arabic, CBeebies HD, BBC FOUR HD, BBC NEWS HD, Al Jazeera English HD, Community HD

i've tried reseting, manual tune etc etc.

all the channels are showing 100% strengt and quality.

Any ideas much appreciated.

Hi there

Its hard to diagnose these things over the forums - especially not knowing which transmitter you are on, but a few suggestions.

Should you be receiving com7? Goto http://www.ukfree.tv/maps/freeviewhd and find your transmitter
Are you able to test another TV or device to see if it can tune in correctly?
Check your aerial cables. Are they of good quality and not damaged?
Move your aerial cable that connects to the TV apart from the HDMI cables.

If you can test another device, it would certainly help. As if that fails to tune in AND you are connected to a transmitter with COM7, then its a cabling or aerial issue. But anything to narrow down the location of the fault might help you.
