Sony KDL-26EX320 tuning help

Hello. Helping neighbour tuning their Sony TV. Their "problem" - only get BBC1 (on channel 001), BBC2 (002) BBC3 (005 or near) BBC4 (006 or near).

I just did a retune (without looking at the guide) and all the channels are there but, apart from BBC* above, they're all in the 900 range of channels (easy to get to with program guide by going BACK from 001).

Question. They want ITV to be on channel 003 (rather than 976 or whatever it was).
Can I reassign channel numbers or do I need to change how I do the retune!? Cheers.

Hi there

This normally happens when you ate picking up an incorrect transmitter. there are a number of reasons for this, but the BBC are experiencing many faults today.

See if your local transmitter is one of the following:

Also, select your local transmitter and see if others are reporting issues in the comments area.:

You could try manual tune of the stations.
