&lt;P&gt;The first three steps to take in order to resolve issues are:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 14.0481px; line-height: 18.29px;"&gt;Unplug the TV from the wall for 30seconds and try again&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 14.0481px; line-height: 18.29px;"&gt;Ensure that you have the latest firmware installed on the tv&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 14.0481px; line-height: 18.29px;"&gt;If all else fails, try a factory reset - this can cure many issues.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
