Won't be buying Sony again

Having bought a 42", 36", and a 24" Sony Bravia's KDL-EX range for various rooms around the house, I've come to the conclusion I've made an expensive mistake.

Buying Sony was supposed to be for buying quality, and to last a while, but since purchase we are already losing it's functions, ie YouTube, and when I try to put on BBC iPlayer so my Dad (who has Alzheimers), can watch the F1 GrandPrix, I find that doesn't work either, and now needs an update.

I don't hear such problems from friends and work colleagues with problems with their TV's

Hi there

As you have mentioned that iPlayer is not working, can I assume that ypu are referring to the 2010 model TVs. If so, there is an issue currently. Please see the following thread for more information:

Thanks. I've been reading that and seeing how unhelpful Sony can be.

I'll wait till after Christmas and get rid of the Sony's and buy another brand. it has micked me right off
