      <title>Sony Bravia</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought a Sony Bravia TV and it was delivered completely during the weekend. It was fine on the outside but when I plugged in the power cable, the screen light up with a series of lines and odd colours showing it was faulty. I contacted Sony immediately. They took their time to reply. I had to chase via the phone and they have been delaying any action by asking me for several pictures, one after the other. A week has passed and no one confirmed when the faulty tv would be picked up and confirmation of a refund. To make things worse, I asked to speak with a customer relations manager and until today I have not heard from them. Terrible service. I would recommend at all costs to avoid Sony and their products.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
