    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just bought an KDL 32EX402 and do exactly have the same problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It happens rather often and I don't like it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also have decoder problems with the on board card reader.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When the TV starts up on a non decoded channel,this channel is displayed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Other channels, thus the decoded ones, can now not be seen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;( Message: Coded service, cannot be decoded)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only way to jump around this problem is to remove and install de cardreader again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;( I have firmware nr M8.722) &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a Sony Bravia TV since januar 2011.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regularly I get the next fault:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;CI+ Error-04: CCK Failed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Who can tell me what causes this error?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
