Please provoke the error, note down precisely what it says, and then post it here.
The normal reason that no players work is that your TV isn’t connected to the internet, or it thinks it isn’t; but there are several reasons why this might be so, to which the exact error message may provide a clue.
Also, how is the TV connected to the router? By an Ethernet cable, or over WiFi?
And as an afterthought (!) what is the make and model of the TV?
My favourite bedtime reading is a Sony product manual…
