ITV Hub not playing

For some unknown reason, itv hub has stopped playing on my KD65AG8. The app opens and displays the home screen. It doesn't matter which program I select, all I get is a black screen when I try to play the program. I've restarted YouView and cleared the cache. Still no joy. Anyone else experiencing this? Many thanks.

Hey, probably you should check if your TV is running on the latest software version from here after that you need to check if the YouView application is also up to date from here. I hope this helps.
