since the last firmware,( 2017) when I turn it on, it starts slowly or does not start. have to reboot.

When you say reboot, do you mean powering on / off or
have you attempted a reset?
If not attempt the reset by unplugging the power cable for 2 minutes and then try
powering on again to see if that helps.
