SONY A90J 65INCH - DEAD PIXEL
I have just received 65inch A90J TV and while checking the panel I have noticed a dead pixel,
Any hits or tips on how to rectify this issue, the tv is being used for 3 days now for extended periods and it is still off/dead.
I have read pixel refresh can help however also heard pixel refresh can cause other issues,
TV is within return period so just wondering what do ye suggest I do?
Any sony staff able to comment?
Thanks

I would honestly try a software update in case it was caused by a bug/glitch, or just have it exchanged from the store.

Photo attached. Not sure whether to run pixel refresh or try exchange. Thing is the rest of the panel is very clean.

Unfortunately, we're unable to see an issue with these pictures. This would be considered within factory specifications.

Thanks for your response,
For what is being called a Master Series and costing so much a premium over others I expect a perfect panel.
I am in contact with retailer for replacement and well within return policy should we not reach a satisfactory solution.
