If the behaviour persists even after a software repair using Xperia Companion, then I'm afraid that the course of action which I recommend is that you have it sent to an authorized service center so that a technician may examine it for you.
In order to have it sent in for servicing, I advice you to get in touch with your Local support as they are well informed regarding your local markets service routines, warranty terms and consumer laws.
