Hi @Lirs,

Do you mean that you phone isn't charging as it should? If that is the case I would recommend that you try charging your device using a different charger.

If the same behavior persists I'd recommend that you try and reboot your device to safe mode to see if this behavior is due to one of your downloaded apps as these will be temporarily disabled in this mode.

Let me know how it goes, or if I misunderstood your question.

@Lirs in addition to what Emil just told you, if your problem is that your phone is not charging properly try also with simply changing USB cables but the best test is the following one: Turn the phone off, put it in charge. If you see that the phone's LED turn red but the percentage of charge remain the same or slowly increase try with a different USB cable. If with a different USB cable the result is the same then change the charger. If with both cable and charger the situation don't change then you may want to contact your Local support as that is not a software issue*. 

(Note: *It's not a software issue because I am asking you to test all this with the phone off, so be sure to try what I said with the phone off.)
