The I've been changing my phone since like an hour while it is turned off and it is showing 0%. When I turned my phone on it shows 1%. It is not charging beyond that. I tired to change for 2 hours and also got a new charger.

if you have tested different wall chargers and cables, it's time to contact your Local support to get it inspected.
