Hi @karimgh1,
I'm so sorry to hear about your phone.
Just like @YoGem recommended, if this is caused by the software in your phone you can with a computer reinstall the latest available software in your phone, software repair using Xperia Companion.
Do note that this will delete all data stored on the internal storage in the phone and since the phone isn't booting up, you can't unlock it you will not be able make a backup.
Before you perform the software repair, I would recommend that you remove your SIM and/or SD cards from the phone, start it up as you normally would do!
Let us know how it goes!
Thank you for every one responded to my post. The problem has now been solved by Software Update using Sony Companion software
You're welcome!
Have a great weekend!
I met the same problem as you, should I be like you put it a couple days?
Hi @GuiltyGiant, welcome to our forum!
Sorry to hear that you are experiencing the same behaviour.
Have you tried any of the troubleshooting steps in this thread, such as holding down the power button and volume at the same time. This will force the phone to shut down.
Let me know how it went after you have tried some of the troubleshooting!
Thanks for your reply~
