Experiencing battery issues when using application

Even when the battery condition was full, it will suddenly shutdown and come back in 1%(when restart phone on charging will go back to the previous battery %). I tried to run in safe mode, force shutdown, and system repair + factory reset but isn't fixing the issue. It was battery malfunctioning? But in fact the phone was all normal if I didn't run any application at the moment, or using application on charging. Any solution for my problem ?
