i am still using sony experia C3 Dual smartphone since last two years. first of all i would like to thank to sony for making such good product, overall i am happy from this but mainly two problem i faced. if it may improve for upcoming launching products then it will be much more better for customers aspects.
1) Position of camera
in current position of camera it is collinear with backbody of the phone. due to this with keeping phone by backside it will touch the surface as the backbody touches. it causes scratch on the camera's outer lens. after fer months or years these scratches are such that they are affecting the picture quality of the camera. as we all know aware that experia C series is well known for selfie and picture quality. so it reduce it
Suggestion: you may keep camera something low side as compare to backbody means that camra will be somehow inner. it will protect for surface touch.
2). Default Messaging selection of the sim
as we know that experia is dual sim phone. in this phone there is the feature for selecting the sim for calling purpose, but not same as of for messaging. before sending a message it will always ask but main problem occur when any application such as banking application requires authentication by sms. then it never ask from which sim message should go. i faced this problem when i used state bank freedom application it is a mobile banking application.
Suggestion:
as of data selection or default calling we prefer sim. in such a way there should be also option for selecting default messaging by which sim
