How to open toggle buttons in Notification Bar!!

Hii There,

Xperia C defaultly have only buttons in notification bar viz. Sim card, audio, Bluetooth etc. But there is a method to bring all buttons like gprs toggle, brightness etc. They appeared few times accidentally but I don't know how to bring them. please help.

Heya.. For normal Notification Bar- Slide with one finger..

For Toggle buttons- Slide the notification bar with two fingers..
