When I'm shooting video every 2-3 seconds, the phone will refocus the image. During refocusing picture is a little jumping. I tried different settings, but it didn't help. I've never seen so awful camera in the phone. I tested another phone Xperia C3 in the shop recently, it had the similar problem. Does anyone have the same problem? When this problem will be fixed?
Could you elaborate on the issue, keep in mind that megapixel count doesn't equal better pictures
It's how the software processes its images. They unnecessarily add noise suppression even on manual mode, thus giving the pictures a crayon/painting look. See this link for reference: http://talk.sonymobile.com/t5/Xperia-C3-C3-Dual/I-have-a-bug-with-camera-Xperia-C3/td-p/856053/page/...
Suggested solutions:
1. PCC repair= Didn't work
2. Replace camera= Didn't work
I too got the same issue with my #xperiac3
Rear camera output is poor. It is NOT capturing pic at the right moment. It captures pic after 1 or 2 seconds. And, the captured pic looks like a DRAWING when zooming it.
Rear Camera need to be fixed. till then a BIG "NO" to Sony Xperia buyers.
I'm beginning to think it's a marketing thing. The C3 is advertised only for the front camera so if there's anything wrong with the rear then good luck, not their problem. Anyway, they would need a reason also to have people buy the C4 and C5 so a defective C3 is the best reason.
Or, they messed up their codes and the Google devs are not willing to help with their incompetence.
