my phone does not start now..

my phone does not start now....when i switch on the mobile only the sony and the xperia logo comes and then the xperia theme comes and the xperia theme  continues to display till the battery goes off...and this problem occured suddenly during the regular use of my phone....i am not able to use my phone...my phone is in the warranty period...plz take sone neccesary actions.....and plz help me to pepair my phone as i am in a need of it ....its very urgent to me...

Hi there,

Try the following:

Connect the phone to a wall charger > Press and hold "Power Button" and "Volume Up" at the same time for 10 seconds(Until you feel/hear 3 vibrates) OR Press and hold OFF Button using a pen  > Charge it for 2 hrs > Try to turn it on.

If that fails, turn the phone off and repair it with Sony Update Service.

sorry my phone isn't sony its sky vega 870l but i have the same problem , my mobile starts the logo comes and then hangs and comes " system restart because of application error , ....." please help , i have tried what you told the other person of trying power and volume but doesn't work .

i am facing the face problem in my xperia c. the phone isn't starting; while starting it shows only sony text logo, then nothing happens. i tried to repair its software with sony companion, it shows irror at the end and the phone is still in the trouble...
what should i do?????
