My sony c5 ultra doesn't support to video 360

I found problem in videos 360 on Facebook or YouTube. Doesn't operate. I erase all applications and download again. But doesn't operate. any suggestions

Facebook introduced the 360 videos and expect that all phones will be able to run 360 videos with an accelerometer/compass which is false especially because not all accelerometers and compasses are the same, so yes. A Lenovo with a strong accelerometer and strong compass may work, the one of the C5 is weak. Mind, the C5 is not meant to be a fully fledged multimedia machine but more dedicated to photography.

I think more dedicated to photography false. Bad rear camera so bad photos. Finally my choice very bad. I have smartphone from sony without update to marshmallow till now. Weak. Battery drain. And alot of features doesn't operate probably. Thanks sony for support

I will come back to my favorite smartphone Samsung. I haven't any problems like sony. And i will tell all my friends to sell sony smartphone and buy Samsung or lenove. I think better than sony. Thanks again

Tamer, the camera on the C5 is a real good camera. In not sure about your experience with it but except the fact that at times it may be slow (and that's an issue within the app rather than the hardware) I get great photos, comparable with photos I've been taking with a real camera, a Z3c and an iPhone. Oh, and it's not just me, many other people confirms that the C5 has a good camera in both front and back.

Anyway, your choice. Enjoy your new Samsung phone.

I just watched a 360-degree video on Facebook and it works on my C5 Ultra E5563 !!!!
When reading your comments, I thought that I would never be able to watch a 360 video BUT today I saw someone post a 360 video on Facebook, I wanted to try it for the first time. It works well 👍

Absolutely true but it's all you can see. By moving your device you can't see "around" the video. You still have to scroll around with the finger.

By moving my device, I DO see around the device.
I swear I'm telling the truth. I can move and watch more than 180-degrees.
