After first connecting and pairing with our peripheral succesfully
and then the connection is lost the C3 has problems reconnecting.
The reason seems to be that after receiving a request for bonding
(SMP Security Request) the C3, unlike other devices, some with the
same Android version (5.1.1), doesn't send an "Encryption Start" message.
It's like something makes it think the encryption is already in place
even though connection was lost.
Has anybody else seen this? Have you managed to solve it? Is it a
setting or is this a bug?
