restarting when unmounting OTG USB flash disk

Hi.when i want to disconnect flash disks that connected via USB OTG cable , i tap on safe remove on status bar , but device is stop some apps, required reboot mobile for fix the same problem! whats the problem ? is it bug ?

i use latest firmware on my Xperia C3 dual .

i also have same issue with this on my new xperia c3, all games installed stop after unmouting otg usb flask. 

when can this bug will be fix? any support team of xperia please help to check this issue. thank you
