Screen goes to sleep mode during use

Hi,

I have been using my C5 Ultra for almost a year now, and I noticed that lately my phone goes to sleep mode (screen turns off then shows my lock screen) without me pressing any button. This happens frequently while I'm scrolling through Facebook or even while navigating my phone menu. It is inconvenient and haven't found any solution anywhere in the Internet concerning such issue.

@DPhil_OUTSRI that sounds to me to be a crash of the OS and/or the UI Subsystem, try to restart your phone in safe mode and use it for a day or two. If that behavior isn't presenting again in safe mode, then my advice is to do a backup of photos and important content and performing a software repair using Xperia Companion.
